"So we used State of the Art installation to replace the entire floor of our condo unit, after some serious water damage. Mikhail was great through then entire process of bid, install and post install questions. We were dealing with an HOA and two different insurance companies so for him to wait literally months for us to get started was much appreciated. His installers were amazing, those two guys busted their backs to get the floor installed. We basically piled everything from one side of the unit to the other so they could remove and install in a single day, then we repeated for the second half of the unit. I really expected it to be a rush job, however it was amazing the work his installers did. We also paid to have the baseboards installed, and they installed baseboard in closets that never had them and had some unusual angles. I was super happy with the entire process, and now months later everything is still amazing and we love our floors.
Then nearly a month after install, we asked that he follow up with our insurance company with two questions they had. Most companies would just move on and not respond, but he graciously helped answer their questions enabling us to get the full amount covered. Will definitely use them in the future if we need more flooring work to be done."

We had an unusual situation because my husband was suddenly limited to a walker and we were advised that it would help to replace our carpet with wood. "Fabulous experience! I accidentally discovered home improvements on Amazon and am so glad I did. I provided detailed information about my tile installation project and received an e-mail bid that was far lower than other bids I received, and it was NOT a bait and switch scenario. The final price I paid was indeed the original bid price. I had already done all of the prep work for this project and just needed tile installation. During the initial consultation the contractor pointed out mistakes I made which I rectified before the tile installation. (No other contractors pointed out the mistakes, The other contractors were apparently just going to tile over my mistakes - which would have led to problems in the future.) State of The Art Installation was interested in the job being done correctly - and they helped me achieve that. Everything was on-time as promised and there were no surprises - the service was excellent. I will be calling them again soon for my next project - (updating a staircase). "State of the Art Installation installed porcelain tile for us in our kitchen, and a larger adjacent room. It was a big job, with a lot of demo work to be done (i.e. a few layers of linoleum, carpet removal, etc.).
I choose this company because Mikhail impressed me the most when he came to do the estimate. He was professional and very knowledgeable, and not heavy on the sales pitch. I also liked that he didn't give me the feeling that we'd have to be squeezed into a schedule with a whole bunch of other jobs they'd be working on. Rather, I felt like a valued client who would be taken care of no matter how busy they were.

" State Of The Art Installation Team showed up on time and performed installation in 1 day of about 360 SQFT of engineered hardwood on two floors. They worked efficiently, cleanly and were very polite. They also did very nice detail finish work with the quarter round. The even saved me a whole box of wood and transition material that i was able to return to LL and obtain credit for. I also recommended them to a friend who had 550SQ of red oak to install. he was very happy with the work, the finish work and detail on the stair trim and the speed at which the work was done."

New oak floors were installed and expertly woven with existing oak floors. When it came time to finish the floors, three different stain colors were tested on the floor so I could choose a stain color that worked best with the light and floor plan of the home.
